Firma "Nespresso Vertuo" welcome offer: terms and conditions
1. Organiser
The offer is made by Firma Operations AG ("Firma").
2. Who can take part
The offer is open only to companies that are registered in the Swiss commercial register (Zefix), are located in Switzerland and open a Firma business account. It isn't open to individuals, to companies outside Switzerland, or to existing Firma customers.
3. How to qualify
A company qualifies when, by 30 November 2026, 23:59 (Swiss time), it has done all of the following:
a) applied for a Firma business account;
b) completed Firma's verification (KYB) and been accepted as a customer; and
c) subscribed to any paid Firma plan (for example Plus, Platform or Enterprise) and paid its first subscription fee in full.
All three steps must be completed by that deadline. Verification takes time, so companies should apply early enough to finish verification and pay before 31 October. A company that hasn't been accepted, or hasn't paid, by the deadline doesn't receive the machine, even if its application was submitted earlier. Accepting or refusing an application is entirely at Firma's discretion, as Firma's normal onboarding rules apply. Taking part in the offer doesn't make acceptance any more likely or faster.
4. The gift
Each qualifying company receives one Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine. A company that takes an annual plan receives up to 50 Nespresso Vertuo capsules a month for a year. A company that joins on a monthly plan receives 90 Nespresso Vertuo capsules, free. Capsule selection is at Firma's choice. There is one per company, even if the company opens more than one account or plan. The gift can't be exchanged for cash, credit or another product. There is a maximum of 50 machines in total, given out in the order companies qualify under section 3, while stocks last. When they're gone, the offer ends early and this is announced on firma.cash. Companies that are still in verification when the cap is reached are told by email. If the model is no longer available, Firma may replace it with a Nespresso Vertuo machine of equal or higher value.
5. Delivery and ownership
The gift is for the company only. Firma delivers only to the company's registered or business address in Switzerland. It doesn't ship abroad, and it never ships to a private address or to an individual officer, employee or adviser. Firma covers the full delivery cost. Firma aims to deliver within one to two weeks after the company qualifies under section 3. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date. The machine and capsules become the company's property on delivery. Firma is not the manufacturer. Any warranty claim must go to the manufacturer under its own warranty terms.
6. Cancellation
If the company later ends its paid plan, it keeps the machine and doesn't have to repay its value. Its plan terms continue to govern subscription fees. Notwithstanding clause 11, if Firma ends the relationship for legal or compliance reasons before delivery, the gift is not sent.
6a. No combining
The offer can't be combined with other Firma promotions or discounts.
7. No chance or lottery element
This isn't a competition or lottery. Every company that meets section 3 receives the gift, within the limit in section 4.
8. Exclusions and misuse
Firma may exclude a company from the offer if it suspects misuse. Examples include creating several companies or applications to obtain more than one machine, or giving false information during onboarding. Fiduciaries, lawyers, notaries and other advisers who apply for or introduce a client get no gift for themselves.
9. Taxes
Each company is responsible for how it treats the gift for accounting and tax purposes.
10. Data
Firma uses the delivery details only to send the machine and keeps them only as long as needed for that and for its legal record-keeping duties. Otherwise its privacy notice applies.
11. Changes and ending the offer early
Firma may change or end the offer early for important reasons. Any change is announced on firma.cash. Companies that have already qualified under section 3 keep their right to the gift.
12. Trademarks
Nespresso and Vertuo are trademarks of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. Nestlé and Nespresso are not involved in this offer, and Firma isn't affiliated with them or endorsed by them.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The courts at the registered seat of Firma Operations AG have jurisdiction.
