Public Profile Policy

Effective July 2026 · Last updated July 2026

This Public Profile Policy governs all public profiles, including profiles accessible at a public vanity or profile URL.

Public Profiles allow verified users to present information, images, descriptions, and other content to the public and to receive payments or interact through our platform. This Policy is a supplement to our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, and Username Policy.

By creating, claiming, editing, or using a Public Profile, you agree to this Policy, our full Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy governs all public profiles on the platform, including any public vanity or profile URL.

2. Eligibility — fully verified users only

Public Profiles are available exclusively to users who have completed Firma's full Know Your Customer (KYC) / identity verification process. You must maintain accurate KYC information. Public Profiles are not available to unverified accounts.

3. Ownership and license

All Public Profiles remain the exclusive property of Firma. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your Public Profile solely in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Service. Firma may suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate any Public Profile at any time.

4. Content standards

All content on Public Profiles is subject to review. Prohibited content includes illegal services or activities; lewd, obscene, or sexually explicit material; violent, threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful content; false or deceptive content; intellectual property infringement; spam; and any content that creates security, privacy, or safety risks.

5. Moderation

Firma may monitor, review, edit, or remove any content on any Public Profile at any time. Profiles or content flagged for illegal services will be investigated promptly.

6. Consequences of violations

Violation may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of the Public Profile or associated account, reclamation of profile access, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content on your Public Profile and for ensuring it complies with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws including AML/KYC and sanctions requirements.

8. Reporting

Report violating profiles or content through in-app tools or by contacting support@firma.cash. Enforcement decisions are final.

9. Changes

Firma may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of any Public Profile after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firma from any claims arising from your Public Profile content. Firma disclaims liability for user-generated content on Public Profiles.
